Each panel measures 50 inches wide by 95 inches long (127 x 241 cm). The header offers two hanging options: a 3-inch (7.6 cm) rod pocket for rods up to 1.5 inches, or six hidden back tabs (each 2.5 inches / 6.4 cm long) sewn on the reverse side for a pleated look without a visible rod. The back tabs are spaced approximately 8 inches (20 cm) apart. The fabric has a light-absorbing matte finish, not a shiny crushed velvet. The color is deep navy blue. The velvet is unlined; however, the dense pile and tight weave block approximately 70% of light, making it a “room darkening” rather than full blackout curtain. Remaining light leaks through the fabric weave and around the edges. The curtain provides moderate thermal insulation due to the fabric thickness. The pile direction is vertical; brushing against the fabric in the opposite direction will change the shade temporarily, which is a normal characteristic of velvet. The fabric is not water-repellent; avoid contact with liquids. Care instructions: dry clean only, as machine washing may crush the pile or cause shrinkage. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, but test on an inconspicuous area first. Do not iron directly on the velvet; use a steamer on low or iron on reverse side with a pressing cloth. The package includes one single panel. For a standard 36-inch wide window, two panels are recommended for proper fullness.
